Who we are

The AutoForward SMS Android app (AutoForward SMS) is owned and developed by Challenge 21, LLC. We are bound by US privacy law.

This page describes Challenge 21 LLC’s terms of service.

Intro

The SMS Messaging Application AutoForward SMS (“the app”) offered by Challenge 21, to you (“the customer”) are governed by the following terms and conditions. Your Purchase and use of the AutoForward SMS application constitutes agreement to the following terms of use:

Due to the nature of telecommunications and software applications, such as availability and reliability of message processing and transmission services, plus things beyond our control such as (but not limited to); your telecommunication provider’s reliability, your phone being on and/ or in a good reception area, user error in setting up, your recipient’s email provider blocking your forwarded messages, and any other event beyond our control, Challenge 21 LLC and its representatives cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss incurred by you, your company, or your recipients through the use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Challenge 21 and its representatives make no other express warranties under this agreement, and disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Challenge 21 and its representatives do not warrant that the software will operate uninterrupted or that it will be free from defects or that it will meet your requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Challenge 21 LLC, its representatives from and against any and all claims, charges, complaints, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) due to or arising from your use of the Software. Challenge 21 LLC’s aggregate liability and that of its representatives under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid for the software.

This License shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the State of Michigan, United States. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms and conditions unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Reliability & First Responders

We STRONGLY advise you to never use the app as the “first response” or the only response or communication in any emergency or critical situation.

You must also NOT use the app to harass, stalk, frighten or spy on anybody. In most countries this is illegal.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled via Stripe.com. Payment data, such as your credit card number, its expiry and the CVC code is sent to their servers for further processing.

AutoForward SMS can be used for free for 7 (seven) days before a subscription is required. Once a subscription is paid, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in special circumstances.

Data Deletion Requests

We strongly believe that every user owns his/her data and has a right to demand its deletion. Should you wish to remove your data, please send us a brief email (support@autoforwardsms.com) and let us know. Once we have established that you are the account owner, we will swiftly remove all your data from our services.

In certain circumstances, data removal might be delayed by a few days. This is mostly the case when settling outstanding credit card charges or other payment-related issues where we are still in the process of completing a transaction.

Cellular Plans & Operator Costs

AutoForward SMS uses minimal power and can run in the background, meaning you don’t have to have the app open for it to work. The app requires access to the internet either via WIFI or mobile data, or a combination of both to ensure reliable service. This is common for most apps. However we are not responsible for any data costs or SMS fees, or your phone plan, or internet service fees you may incur using this app. This is entirely your responsibility and we advise you to check with your telecom provider what these costs would be.

By purchasing and/or using the app, you agree with the terms on this page.

Note that we do refer to companies like Telegram and Slack and how you may be able to use AutoForward SMS with these platforms. We are not affiliated with any third-party message services or platforms like the aforementioned, and not responsible if these third party services do not work.

The testimonial section shown on the homepage have been sourced from a private email feedback campaign. The statements made represent the clients’ responses. The images, names and locations, however, have been changed to maintain our client’s privacy and should be seen as decorative elements only.
